Through my schooling and practice as a dietitian combined with years of experience as a nutrition consultant, I have gained knowledge that I can't wait to share with you! As a new mom and having worked with many busy clients, I’ve seen that healthy habits most often take off when we start simple. I avoid extreme diets, excessive exercise, and overcomplicated programs. My goal is to keep things simple and balanced, while also seeing long term changes to your health.
