100 Countdown Workout

 

100 jumping jacks

90 high knee butt kicks (alternating every other)

80 mountain climbers

70 russian twists

60 lunges

50 alternating single leg v-ups

40 crab kicks

30 jump squats

20 push ups

10 burpees

Complete all 10 exercises, then repeat 2 more times. Rest for 90 seconds in between rounds. Should take roughly 30-45 minutes.
