STADIUM SPRINTS WORKOUT

It’s summer!! Whether your gym is open or closed, whether you are paying for a membership or not, or whether you live in a busy city or in a suburb, this is a workout that anyone can do. Find your nearest high school, you may want to go in the morning before it gets HOT, but this workout will leave you sore and satisfied. Plus, it can be done in less than 30 minutes!

 

HOW THIS WORKOUT WILL RUN-Start by running up the bleachers and walking down, a total of 10 times. At the bottom of each bleacher run you will do a set of 25 reps, 1 exercise per bleacher run. See each exercise below.

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 squats

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 tricep dips

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 heels to heaven

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 one leg v-ups (right side)

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 one leg v-ups (left side)

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 russian twists

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 jack knife

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

25 push ups

1 Bleacher run (run up, walk down)

30 second plie squat hold

2 Bleacher runs (run up, walk down, run up, walk down) - MAX SPEED! Finish out strong!!

DONE!
