STADIUM SPRINTS WORKOUT
It’s summer!! Whether your gym is open or closed, whether you are paying for a membership or not, or whether you live in a busy city or in a suburb, this is a workout that anyone can do. Find your nearest high school, you may want to go in the morning before it gets HOT, but this workout will leave you sore and satisfied. Plus, it can be done in less than 30 minutes!
HIIT Workout #1
This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout is done in 4 sets of 7 minute rounds. Start with 1-2 rounds and workout your way up to all 4 rounds. These advanced moves will target multiple leg muscles, arms, glutes and abs. Can easily be done at the park or in your home.
