100 Countdown Workout
This 100 countdown workout consists of 10 exercises, in reps counting down from 100. Great full body workout, with only bodyweight exercises. After three rounds full rounds you will be feeling the burn!
HIIT Workout #1
This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout is done in 4 sets of 7 minute rounds. Start with 1-2 rounds and workout your way up to all 4 rounds. These advanced moves will target multiple leg muscles, arms, glutes and abs. Can easily be done at the park or in your home.
